绝经后妇女甾体激素间转化及与体重的关系

血浆中甾体激素在外周组织芳香化酶作用下可以相互转化．为探讨绝经后妇女甾体激素间转化及其与体重的关系，本文用放射免疫方法测定１５名绝经后不同体重及１２名绝经前妇女血浆中５种甾体激素水平．发现以每公斤脂肪计算激素量，绝经后重度超重组低于正常体重与轻中度超重组，其中雌酮（Ｅ１）、雌二醇（Ｅ２）及睾丸酮（Ｔ）有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。相关分析表明，绝经后组Ｅ２与Ｅ１，Ｅ２与Ｔ，Ｔ与脱氢表雄酮（Ｄ），Ｅ２与孕酮（Ｐ）呈正相关，Ｅ１与Ｄ呈负相关，Ｄ与脂肪量／体重（Ｆａｔ／Ｗ）正相关，正常体重与轻中度超重组Ｅ１与Ｆａｔ／Ｗ呈正相关；绝经前组各激素间无相关性，且与体质参数无关。本文结果说明，绝经后妇女甾体激素间的相互转化与脂肪量有密切关系。雌激素水平严重不足的绝经后妇女．影响循环中雌激素的重要因素是体质因素而不取决于年龄．

STUDY ON CONVERSION OF STEROID HORMONES AND ITS CORRELATIVITY WITH WEIGHT

Plasma steroid hormones can be converted mutually on the effect of aromatic enzyme at peripheral tissues. In order to investigate the conversion of steroid hormones and its correlation with weight in postmenopause, the concentrations of estradiol (E2),estron (E1),progesterone (P),testosterone (T) and dehydroepiandrosterone (D) were measured by radioimmunoassay in peripheral vein sera of 15 postmenopausal women with different weight and 12 premenopausal women in the follicular phase. It was found that the levels of E1, E2,T in kilogramme fat were significantly lower at heavy over-weight women than that at others and that an analysis of possible relationship between levels of the five steroids and clinical characteristics of the patients revealed a positive correlation between E2and E1, E, and T, T and D, E, and P, D and Fat/W, and between E1 and Fat/W; a negative correlation between E1 and D in the postmenopausal group. In premenopause group, no above mentioned differences and correlations were found. The results show that the conversion of steroid and levels of estrogen were strongly associated with the fat in body, but not with age in postmenopause.
