千里光药理作用和毒性研究新进展

目的为开展基于“功效-毒性”相关的千里光功效与毒性物质基础的“量-效关系”和“量-毒关系”研究提供文献依据和研究思路。方法在梳理文献、古籍中对千里光药理毒理的记载基础上，对近十几年来国内外千里光的药理作用和毒性研究进展进行整理、分析与归纳。结果发现千里光药理作用主要为抗菌、抗氧化、抗病毒、抗肿瘤作用等，毒性作用主要有肝毒性、骨骼发育异常、致突变作用等。结论在千里光功效表达过程中，进行毒性特点的研究，才能提出切合千里光临床使用过程中与药品不良反应（ADR）相关预警方案和早期诊疗措施，以确保其临床用药安全。

Advance Research on Pharmacological Effect and Toxicity of Senecio Scandens

Objective To provide literature basis and idea for the research of relevance between efficacy, material basis and toxicity of Senecio scandens. Methods Ancient books, literature in past dynasties and references in the last decades at home and abroad about the efficacy and toxicity of Senecio scandens were collated, analyzed and summarized. Results The efficacy of Senecio scandens is mainly antibacterial, antioxidative, antiviral, antineoplastic and so on. Also the toxicity of it includes hepatotoxicity, skeletal dysplasia, mutagenesis, etc. Conclusion The toxicity of Senecio scandens should be researched in the process of efficacy-expression. Basis would be provided for consummating safety standards and putting forward early-warning scheme of adverse reaction that can be referred in clinic. In this way Senecio scandens can be ensured to use safely.
