辽宁省县级医院医师培训需求调查分析

目的：调查分析辽宁省县级医院医师的培训需求,探索城市大医院支援农村基层医疗卫生服务体系建设的新途径.方法：通过问卷调查法和访谈法分析辽宁省200名县级医院医师的培训需求.结果：95.5％的县级医师认为非常需要接受专业技术培训;55.5％的县级医师选择到城市大医院进修的培训方式;75.5％的县级医师希望学到新理论、新知识、新方法;24.0％的县级医师认为其所在医院缺乏明确的培训规划.结论：目前广大县级医院医生需要进行业务培训,当地医院和主管部门应积极提供方便条件,同时也需要城市大医院的积极参与和大力支持.

Survey and analysis of training demand of physician in county hospital in Liaoning province

Objective： To survey and analyze the training demand of physician in county hospital in Liaoning province and explore the new way of urban big hospitals supporting the constructions of the basic medical and health service system. Methods ： The training de- mand of 200 physicians in county hospitals in Liaoning province was analyzed by questionnaire and interview. Results： 95.5% of them need professional technical training; 55.5% choose to accept training in urban big hospitals; 75.5 % of them need new theories, new knowledge and new methods; 24.0% think that country hospitals lack clear training plan. Conclusion： Nowadays, the physicians in county hospitals need professional technical training. Both the country hospitals and competent departments should provide convenient conditions actively. And the urban large hospitals should play an important role in training even more.
