| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨延伸护理服务对膀胱癌患者依从性和生活质量的影响。方法：将90例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各45例，实验组给予延伸护理服务，对照组给予常规护理干预。结果：实验组躯体功能评分、社会功能评分、生活质量总分均优于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组患者依从性优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：对膀胱癌患者施行延伸护理干预，可有效提高患者生活质量，提高治疗依从性。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the impact of extended nursing service on life quality and the compliance of the patients with bladder cancer. Methods：Ninety patients were randomized into the experiment group and the con-trol group, the experiment group received extended nursing service, and the control group routine nursing interven-tion. Results：The experiment group was superior to the control group in total scores of somatic function, social func-tion and life quality （P〈0.05）;the experiment group was superior to the control group in the compliance of the pa-tients （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Extended nursing service given to the patients with bladder cancer could effectively im-prove life quality of the patients and raise therapeutic compliance. |
