| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨甲硝唑联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果及相关机制。方法：将120例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各60例，对照组给予口服甲硝唑治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用桂枝茯苓丸口服治疗。结果：总有效率治疗组为95.0%，对照组为83.3%，2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。IL-6与IL-2值2组治疗后均明显上升（P＜0.05），治疗组上升更明显（P＜0.05）。结论：甲硝唑联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗慢性盆腔炎临床疗效显著，其机制在于提高细胞因子的表达。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore clinical effects of metronidazole and GuiZhi FuLing pill in treating chronic pelvic inflammation and the related mechanism. Methods： All 120 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, the control group received metronidazole for oral administration, and the treatment group took GuiZhi FuLing pill on the foundation. Results： Total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.0%, higher than 83.3%of the control group with significant difference （P〈0.05）. IL-6 and IL-2 were raised remarkably in both groups after treating, the improvement of the treatment group was more significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Metronidazole for oral administration and GuiZhi FuLing pill are effective in treating chronic pelvic inflammation, its mechanism is related to improving the expressions of cytokines. |
