米非司酮联合中药治疗药流不全100例

目的：观察米非司酮联合中药治疗药流不全的临床疗效。方法：将200例利用药物终止早期妊娠但药流不全者随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例，2组均给予口服氧氟沙星片和米非司酮，治疗组在此基础上加服中药，7天后观察宫内残留物排出情况和阴道出血情况。结果：治疗组治疗成功89例（89.0%），对照组治疗成功75例（75.0%），治疗组成功率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗组药流后流血时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.05），且流血量较月经量少的人数明显多于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：使用米非司酮联合中药对药流不全者进行治疗，能够促进宫内残留物排出，减少出血量。

Mifepristone and Herbs in the Treatment for 100 Cases of Incomplete Drug Abortion

Objective：To survey curative effects of mifepristone combined with herbs in treating incomplete drug abortion. Methods：All 200 patients who terminated early pregnancy but with incomplete drug abortion were randomly allocated to the treatment group and the control group, 100 cases each group, both group took ofloxacin tablets and mifepristone orally, the treatment group received herbs, the discharging condition of intrauterine residues and vaginal bleeding were observed in seven days. Results：There were 89 patients successfully aborted in the treat-ment group （89.0%）, and 75 cases in the control group （75.0%）, success rate of the treatment group was remarkably higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Bleeding time of the treatment group was obviously shorter than that of the control group after drug abortion （P〈0.05）, the patients with bleeding amount less than menstrual blood vol-ume in the treatment group were obviously more than these of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Mifepristone combined with herbs for the patients with incomplete drug abortion could promote the discharge of intrauterine residues and decrease bleeding amount.
