综合护理干预对骨折患者术后疼痛的影响

目的：探讨综合护理干预对骨折患者术后疼痛的影响。方法：将骨折患者226例按治疗先后顺序随机分为观察组、对照组各113例,2组均予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予个性化综合护理干预,分别于术后1、24、48、72小时进行疼痛评分;并调查护理满意度。结果：2组患者术后疼痛评分均随时间的推移呈下降趋势,观察组患者各时间段疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;而且观察组患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：综合护理干预可有效缓解骨折术后患者的疼痛程度,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,对患者的康复具有积极的促进作用。

Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Pain of the Patients with Bone Fracture

Objective： To discuss the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain of the patients with bone fracture. Methods： All 226 patients were separated into the observation group and the control group according to the visiting consequence equally, both groups received routine care, the observation group were given with individualized comprehensive nursing intervention on the foundation of routine care, pain scales were assessed in one hour, 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours after the operation and nursing satisfactory degree investigated. Results： Postoperative pain scales of both groups were decreased as the time passed by, but pain scales of the observation group were lower than these of the control group at different times obviously, the difference had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）; while nursing satisfactory degree of the observation group were higher than that of the control group remarkably, the difference indicated statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention could effectively alleviate the pain of the patients with bone fracture, raise the patients＇ satisfactory degree to the nursing and promote the recovery of the patients actively.
