| 摘 要： | 目的 分析酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）在乙型肝炎表面抗原（HBsAg）检测中的临床应用价值.方法 选择150例乙肝患者和50例健康体检者,分别采用ELISA法、胶体金试纸条法、电时间分辨免疫荧光法（TRFIA）检查血液样本HBsAg,比较三种检查方法检查结果的一致性.结果 三种方法在检测乙型肝炎血清标志物HBsAg结果方面具有很高的一致性.结论 酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）是检测乙型肝炎表面抗原（HBsAg）的有效方法,具有较高的临床应用价值,可以用于检验科的常规检查.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical application value of ELISA to detection of hepatitis b surface antigen.Methods 150 cases with hepatitis B and 50 healthy cases were selected and ELISA,colloidal test strip and TRFIA were used to detect blood sample HBsAg.The consistency of examination results of three methods was compared.Results Three methods had great consistency for the detection results of hepatitis B surface antigen of hepatitis B.Conclusions ELISA is an effective method to detect HBsAg,which has great clinical application value and can be applied to conventional examination in inspection department. |
