补阳还五汤治疗骨科术后深静脉血栓63例

摘    要:目的:观察补阳还五汤治疗骨科术后深静脉血栓的临床疗效。方法:将126例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各63例。2组均于术后给予药物、康复治疗及功能锻炼等常规治疗,对照组在此基础上给予低分子肝素钙4100 U,腹壁皮下注射,2次/d。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用补阳还五汤。结果:痊愈率观察组为52.38%,对照组为41.27%,2组比较差异显著(P<0.05);总有效率治疗组为95.24%,对照组为79.37%,2组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。全血高切黏度(HBV)、全血低切黏度(LBV)、纤维蛋白原(FIB),治疗后2组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤治疗骨科术后深静脉血栓临床疗效显著。

Abstract:Objective:To explore clinical effects of BuYang HuanWu Tang in treating deep vein thrombosis (DVT) after orthopedic surgery. Methods:All 126 patients were randomly separated into the observation group and the control group, 63 cases each group. Both groups received routine treatment including drugs, rehabilitation treat-ment and functional exercise after the operation, the control group accepted hypodermic injection of low-molecu-lar-weight heparin calcium, 4 100 U, twice per day. The observation group took BuYang HuanWu Tang. Results:Cure rate of the observation group was 52.38%, higher than 41.27% of the control group with notable difference (P〈0.05);total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%, superior to 79.37%of the control gwoup with significant difference (P〈0.05). The difference was notable between both groups after treating in high blood viscosi-ty (HBV), low blood viscosity (LBV) and fibrinogen (FIB) (P〈0.05). Conclusion:BuYang HuanWu Tang is effec-tive in treating DVT after orthopedic surgery.
