情志护理对系统性红斑狼疮患者抑郁焦虑的影响

目的：探讨情志护理对系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者抑郁焦虑情绪的影响。方法：将具有抑郁焦虑情绪的系统性红斑狼疮患者88例随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组予常规护理,干预组在对照组常规护理基础上实施情志护理,采用Zung抑郁自评量表（SDS）和焦虑自评量表（SAS）评定患者抑郁焦虑状态的改善情况。结果：2组治疗后SDS、SAS评分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：情志护理可减轻SLE患者抑郁焦虑情绪。

Influence of Emotional Care on Depression and Anxiety of the Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Objective： To explore the influence of emotional care on depression and anxiety of the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）. Methods： All 88 SLE patients were randomized into the intervention group and the control group. The patients of the control group were given with routine care and the ones of the intervention group emotional care on the foundation of routine care, the improvements of depression and anxiety of the patients were judged by Zung self-rating depression scale （SDS） and self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）. Results： The difference demonstrated statistical meaning in SDS and SAS between both groups after treating （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Emotional care could alleviate the depression and anxiety of SLE patients.
