女性下生殖道支原体感染的治疗研究

目的：了解孕前门诊就诊人群阴道微生态状况，探讨肤康洗剂联合微生态疗法对下生殖道支原体感染的临床效果。方法将在咸阳市中心医院孕前门诊就诊的下生殖道支原体感染患者256例随机分成4组：A组、B组、C组、D组各64例；A组根据药敏实验选用敏感抗生素治疗1个疗程，B组常规治疗同时给予肤康洗剂熏洗外阴阴道，C组常规治疗后加用微生态疗法治疗，D组常规治疗后加用肤康洗剂联合微生态疗法治疗，观察并比较4组治疗结束后的有效率，并于下次月经干净后复查，观察各组的复发率。结果经2周治疗，A、B、C、D各组下生殖道支原体感染的治疗有效率依次为87．50％、96．88％、96．88％和98．44％，A组与D组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2＝4．303，P＜0．05），其余各组组间比较差异均无统计学意义（均P＞0．05）。 A、B、C、D各组下次月经干净后复查的复发率分别为26．78％、9．68％、8．06％和1．58％，A组与B组、A组与C组、A组与D组比较差异均有统计学意义（χ2值分别为5．887、7．326、14．083，均P＜0．05）；其余各组组间比较差异均无统计学意义（均P＞0．05）。结论肤康洗剂联合微生态疗法加阴道常规治疗的方法治疗下生殖道支原体感染的疗效好，且复发率低。

Study on treatment of lower genital tract mycoplasma infection in women

Objective To study the clinical effect of combining Fukang lotion with microbial therapy on lower genital tract mycoplasma infection in women .Methods Totally 256 women with lower genital tract mycoplasma infection visiting progestation out-patient clinic of Central Hospital of Xianyang City were recruited , and they were divided into 4 groups, group A, group B, group C and group D with 64 cases in each group .Group A received a course of antibiotics treatment according to sensitive antibiotics susceptibility testing , group B was given conventional treatment and Fukang lotion was used to wash vulva vagina , group C was given conventional treatment combined with microbial therapy , and group D accepted Fukang lotion combined with microbial therapy based on conventional treatment .After treatment the effective rates of 4 groups were compared , and reexamination was done after next menstruation to observe recurrence rate .Results After treatment the effective rate was 87.50%, 96.88%, 96.88% and 98.44% in group A, group B, group C and group D, respectively. There was significant difference between group A and group D （χ2 =4.303,P〈0.05）, but the differences between any other two groups were not significant （all P〈0.05）.The recurrence rates of four groups were 26.78%, 9.68%, 8.06%and 1.58%, respectively, and the recurrence rate of group A was significantly different from other three groups （χ2 value was 5.887, 7.326 and 14.083, respectively, all P〉0.05）.The difference between any other two groups was not significant （all P〉0.05）.Conclusion Based on conventional treatment, combining Fukang lotion with microbial therapy is effective for lower genital tract mycoplasma infection , and the recurrence rate is low .
