四妙散加味治疗痛风59例

目的：观察四妙散加味治疗痛风的临床疗效。方法：选取痛风患者110例，随机分为对照组51例、观察组59例。对照组给予别嘌呤醇片口服治疗，观察组在此基础上给予四妙散加减治疗。对2组患者的临床指标、治疗效果进行评价。结果：2组疼痛评分、关节功能评分、血尿酸水平、血沉水平均有所下降（P＜0.05），观察组改变更为明显（P＜0.05）；观察组临床痊愈率和总有效率均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：四妙散加味治疗痛风具有较为积极的临床意义，可降低疼痛评分、关节功能评分、血尿酸水平、血沉水平。

Modified SiMiao Powder in the Treatment for 59 Cases of Gout

Objective： To explore therapeutic effects of modified SiMiao powder in treating gout. Methods：Altogether 110 patients were chosen and randomized into 51 cases of the control group and 59 cases of the observation group. The patients of the control group were administered with allopurinol tablets by mouth, the observation group accepted modified SiMiao powder. Clinical indexes and therapeutic effects of both groups were assessed. Results： After treating, the scales of pain and jont function, the levels of blood uric acid （BUA） and erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） in both groups were decreased （P〈0.05）, the changes of the observation group were more notable （P〈0.05）;clinical cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were clearly higher than these of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Modified SiMiao powder in treating gout show us the positive clinical meaning, it could decrease the scales of pain and jont function as well as the levels of BUA and ESR.
