复方大承气汤联合西药治疗急性胰腺炎58例

目的：观察复方大承气汤联合西药治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将116例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为2组，对照组（58例）采用单纯西药疗法进行治疗，观察组（58例）采用复方大承气汤联合西药治疗，观察2组中转手术率及死亡率。结果：中转手术率观察组为8.62%,对照组为24.14%。2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。死亡率观察组为1.72%，对照组为13.79%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：复方大承气汤联合西药治疗急性胰腺炎疗效显著。

Treating 58 Cases of Acute Pancreatitis with Compound DaChengQi Decoction and Western Medicine

Objective：To survey therapeutic effects of compound DaChengQi decoction and western medicine in treating acute pancreatitis （AP）. Methods：All 116 AP patients were randomized into two groups equally, the con-trol group （58 cases） received western medicine, and the observation group compound DaChengQi decoction com-bined with western medicine, transferring operation rate and mortality rate of both groups were observed. Results：Transferring operation rate of the observation group was 8.62%, lower than 24.14%of the control group, the differ-ence demonstrated statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Mortality rate of the observation group was 1.72%, lower than 13.79% of the control group, the difference presented statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compound DaChengQi decoction and western medicine are effective in treating AP.
