相色谱法测定藏药青鹏软膏中麝香酮的含量

目的：建立青鹏软膏中麝香酮的含量测定方法。方法：采用气相色谱法检测,样品用无水乙醇超声提取后进样,采用HP-INNOWax Polyethylene Glycol毛细管色谱柱（30.0 m×320μm×0.25μm）,柱温：梯度升温（0~15 min：110℃、16~30 min：以10℃/min上升）,火焰离子化检测器（FID）检测麝香酮的含量,进样分流比为20∶1。结果：方法的标准曲线方程为A=587.18C-13.7,r=0.999 7,线性范围为0.2~0.8mg/mL;平均回收率为99.5%（n=9）,RSD为0.9%。结论：本方法准确、专属、灵敏度高,操作简便、快速,适用于青鹏软膏中麝香酮的含量测定。

Content Determination of Muscone in Tibetan QingPeng Ointment by Gas Chromatography

Objective： To establish content determination method ofmuscone in QingPeng ointment. Methods： Gas chromatography was adopted, and the sample was prepared by ultrasonic extraction of absolute ethyl alcohol, HP-INNOWax Polyethylene Glycol capillary chromatographic column （30.0 m×320μm×0.25μm）, and column tem perature： gradient heating-up （0-15 min： 110℃, 16-30 min： ascending at the rate of 10℃/min）, flame ionization detector （FID）, sample split ratio： 20：1, detected by external standard method. Results： Standard curve equation of the method was： A=587.18C-13.7, r=0.999 7, linear range： 0.2-0.8 mg/mL; average recovery rate was 99.5% （n=9）, RSD was 0.9%. Conclusion： The method, accurate, specific, sensitive, simple and rapid, could be used for content determination ofmuscone in QingPeng ointment.
