补阳还五汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症50例

目的：观察补阳还五汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将100例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例，对照组术后予维生素B120 mg口服，3次/d；观察组术后加服补阳还五汤，1剂/d。2组均以治疗1周为1个疗程，休息3天后继续第2个疗程，治疗3个疗程后比较疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为96%，对照组为78%，2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。 JOA评分2组治疗后均明显提高（P＜0.05），治疗组提高更显著（P＜0.05）。结论：补阳还五汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效显著。

Adjunctive Therapy for 50 Cases of Lumbar Disc Protrusion by Modified BuYang HuanWu Tang

Objective： To discuss therapeutic effects of modified BuYang HuanWu Tang for lumbar disc protrusion （LDP） as adjunctive therapy. Methods：One hundred patients were allocated to the treatment group and the control group equally, the control group accepted oral administration of vitamin B1 after the operation, 20mg each time, three times each day;the observation group took BuYang HuanWu Tang, one dose per day. One course of the treatment was one week, the interval was three days, curative effects were compared after treating for three courses of the treatment. Results：Total effective rate of the treatment group was 96%, superior to 78%of the control group with notable difference （P〈0.05）. JOA scales of both groups were raised significantly after treating （P〈0.05）, the improvement of the treatment group was more remarkable （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Modified BuYang HuanWu Tang as adjunctive therapy is effective in treating LDP.
