血必净注射液对COPD患者氧化应激的影响及其临床疗效观察

目的：观察血必净注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）急性加重期的疗效及对氧化应激水平的影响。方法：将COPD急性加重期患者63例随机分成对照组（31例）和治疗组（32例）,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加用50mL血必净注射液治疗。治疗1周后观察2组患者的疗效、血气分析及氧化应激水平。结果：与治疗前相比,2组患者治疗后动脉血液pH值、动脉血氧分压（PaO2）、动脉二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）以及氧化应激指标均有所改善（P〈0.05）;与对照组比较,治疗组有效率显著升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;与对照组比较,治疗组血气分析和氧化应激指标具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：血必净注射液可改善COPD患者的症状和氧化应激水平。

Influence of Oxidative Stress of XueBiJing Injection on Oxidative Stress of COPD Patients and Observation on Therapeutic Effects

Objective： To observe curative effects of XueBiJing injection in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） at acute exacerbation and its influence on oxidative stress. Methods： All 63 patients were randomized into the control group （31 cases） and the treatment group （32 cases）, the control group received routine treatment of western medicine, and the treatment group XueBiJing injection, 50 mL. Curative effects, blood gas analysis and the level of oxidative stress of both groups were observed after treating in one week. Results： Compared with before treating, arterial PH value, partial pressure of oxygen in artery （PaO2）, partial pressure of carbon dioxide in artery （PaCO2） and oxidative stress indexes of both groups were improved after treating （P〈0.05）; compared with the control group, effective rate of the treatment group was raised significantly, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning （P〈0.05）; compared with the control group, the treatment group showed significant difference in blood gas analysis and oxidative stress indexes （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： XueBiJing injection could improve the symptom of COPD patients and the level of oxidative stress.
