柴胡口服液联合利巴韦林分散片治疗儿童手足口病50例

摘    要:目的:观察柴胡口服液联合利巴韦林分散片治疗儿童手足口病的临床疗效。方法:将100例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,2组均给予退热、口腔护理等基础治疗措施,在此基础上,对照组仅采用利巴韦林分散片治疗,治疗组采用柴胡口服液联合利巴韦林分散片治疗,对比2组治疗效果。结果:总有效率对照组为84.0%,治疗组为98.0%,2组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗组退热时间、临床症状改善时间以及口腔溃疡消退时间均短于对照组,2组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡口服液联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病具有良好的疗效,能快速改善临床症状。

Abstract:Objective: To observe curative effects of ChaiHu oral liquid and ribavirin dispersible tablets in treating children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease (HFMD). Methods:One hundred patients were randomly allocat-ed to the treatment group and the control group, both groups accepted basic therapy including bringing down fever, oral care, on the base, the control group were given with ribavirin dispersible tablets only, the treatment group were administered with ChaiHu oral liquid and ribavirin dispersible tablets, curative effects of both groups were com-pared. Results:Total effective rate of the control group was 84.00%, lower than 98.0%of the treatment group with notable difference (P〈0.05). The treatment group was shorter than the control group in the time of relieving g fever, improvement time of clinical symptoms and fading time of oral ulcer, the difference was remarkable (P〈0.05). Con-clusion:ChaiHu oral liquid and ribavirin dispersible tablets are effective in treating children with HRMD, and the therapy could alleviate clinical symptoms rapidly.
