香菊胶囊联合鼻内镜术治疗鼻内息肉60例

目的：观察香菊胶囊联合鼻内镜治疗鼻内息肉的临床疗效。方法：将120例鼻内息肉患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例，2组均给予鼻内镜手术治疗，治疗组术后口服香菊胶囊1周。结果：总有效率治疗组为96.7%，对照组为80.0%，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。症状评分及血清IL-8、TNF-α值2组治疗后均明显降低（P＜0.05），治疗组改善更明显（P＜0.05）。敌对、焦虑、精神病性、恐怖和偏执评分治疗组均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：香菊胶囊联合鼻内镜治疗鼻内息肉，能有效改善症状，提高生存质量，其作用的发挥与降低炎症因子的表达有关。

XiangJu Capsule and Nasal Endoscopy in Treating 60 Patients with Nasal Polyps

Objective： To explore curative effects of XiangJu capsule and nasal endoscopy in treating nasal polyps. Methods：All 120 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 60 cases each group, both groups received the operation under nasal endoscopy, the treatment group took XiangJu capsule after the surgery for one week. Results：Total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%, higher than 80.0%of the con-trol group, the difference between both groups had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Symptom scales, IL-8 and TNF-αin the serum of both groups were decreased significantly after treating （P〈0.05）, the improvement of the treatment group was more notable （P〈0.05）. The scales of hostility, anxiety, psychotic, terror and bigotry of the treatment group were less than these of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：XiangJu capsule combined with nasal en-doscopy in treating nasal polyps, could improve symptoms effectively, improve life quality, its functions might be re-lated to decreasing the expressions of inflammatory factors.
