股骨颈骨折空心螺钉内固定术患者围术期的护理

目的探讨股骨颈骨折患者行空心螺钉内固定术的护理经验与方法。方法方便性抽样选取2009年7月至2010年7月解放军总医院骨科收治的50例股骨颈骨折患者,回顾性分析其术前、术中及术后护理,以及并发症预防和功能锻炼指导等。结果所有患者手术复位及固定良好,均骨性愈合,未发生切口感染、股骨骨折移位、不愈合、股骨头缺血坏死等并发症。患者对护理效果满意,均未发生压疮、深静脉血栓、肺部感染、泌尿系感染等股骨颈骨折常见的并发症。结论良好的护理可以保证股骨颈骨折患者围术期的安全,促进骨折愈合,提高骨折治疗效果。

Perioperative Nursing for Femoral Neck Fracture with Internal Fixation of Hollow Screws

Objective To summarize the nursing experience and methods for the patients with femoral neck frac- ture treated with hollow screws internal fixation. Methods From July 2009 to July 2010,50 patients with femoral neck fracture were retrospectively analyzed on the preoperative psychological intervention, perioperative nursing, complication nursing and guidance of functional exercise. Results All the patients gained good bone healing and in- ternal fixation, without incision infection, fracture displacement, nonunion, delayed-union, necrosis of the femoral head. None of the patients were observed with complications such as decubitus, deep vein thrombo- sis, pulmonary infection and urinary infection. All patients were satisfied with the nursing effects. Conclusion Intensive nursing can ensure the perioperative safety, promote the fracture healing and im- prove the effect of fracture treatment for the patients with femoral neck fracture.
