爱力减痛分娩法在产妇分娩过程中的应用效果

目的探讨爱力减痛分娩法在产妇分娩过程中的应用效果。方法按随机数字表法将2011年3月至2012年3月在浙江省温岭市妇女儿童医院妇产科定期行产前检查的200例孕妇分为观察组和对照组各100例,观察组孕妇孕期接受爱力减痛分娩法训练,对照组孕妇接受常规孕期及产前指导,记录并比较两组产妇的分娩方式、分娩时的疼痛程度、产程时间及新生儿窒息率。结果观察组产妇的自然分娩率、疼痛程度、总产程时间及新生儿窒息率均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论爱力减痛分娩法是一种安全、简单、有效的减轻疼痛分娩方法,能缩短产程,提高自然分娩率,降低新生儿窒息率,值得在产科推广应用。

Effects of Lamaze Method in Laboring Process of Pregnant Women

Objective To discuss the effect of the Lamaze method in the laboring process of pregnant women. Methods From March 2011 to March 2012,200 pregnant women undergoing regular pernatal examination in the hospital were randomized into observational group（n= 100） to adopt the Lamaze train- ing and control group to receive the conventional pregnancy and prenatal guidance. The maternal mode of delivery, the degree of pain during of childbirth labor and the incidence neonatal asphyxia were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results The natural birth rate, degree of pain, total duration of labor and neonatal asphyxia rate in the observational group were significantly superior to those in the control group（P〈0. 05）, Conclusion As a safe, simple, effective method for relieving pain in childbirth, the Lamaze method can shorten the labor course, improve the natural birth rate, reduce the rate of neonatal asphyxia, and thus deserves further clinical promotion.
