健康信念模式指导下的护理干预对降低剖宫产率的效果

目的 探讨健康信念模式指导下的孕期护理干预对降低剖宫产率的效果.方法 按随机数字表法将2009年1-12月在浙江省武义县中医院产科门诊进行产检的孕妇620名分为观察组和对照组各310名,对照组孕妇在妊娠期予常规产检及其护理,观察组孕妇予健康信念模式指导下的护理干预.结果 两组孕妇分娩前,观察组和对照组孕妇,有意向选择自然分娩的人数分别为238名(76.77%)和189名(60.97%)(χ2=24.705),最终成功经阴道自然分娩的人数分别为186名(60.00%)和156名(50.32%),行剖宫产的人数分别为124名(40.00%)和154名(49.68%)(χ2=7.687),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.01).结论 对孕妇进行健康信念模式指导下的孕期护理干预可降低剖宫产率.

Effects of Nursing Intervention under the Guidance of Health Belief Model in Reducing the Rate of Cesarean Section

Objective To observe the clinical effect of nursing intervention under the guidance of health belief model in reducing the rate of cesarean section. Methods From January to December 2009,620 preg- nant women were equally divided in to observational group and control group. The pregnant women in the control group underwent the routine examination during gestation period while the pregnant women in the observational group received the nursing intervention under the guidance of health belief model. Results Before delivery, the numbers of pregnant women with the intention to select natural childbirth in the observational group and the control group were 238 （76.77%）and 189（60. 97%） ,respectively（x2：24. 705）. Ultimately,the numbers of natural vaginal delivery in the observational group and the control group were 186 （60.00 %）and 156 （50.32 %）, respectively . The numbers of cesarean section in the two groups were 124（40.00%） and 154（49.68%）, respec- tively（x^2 = 7. 687）. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Nursing intervention under the guidance of health belief model can reduce the rate of cesarean section.
