手术室实施泌尿外科日间手术模式的探讨

目的 探讨医院手术室实施泌尿外科日间手术模式的流程和管理.方法 总结四川大学华西医院泌尿外科日间手术的手术安排和管理流程及手术室的管理模式,对比日间手术实施前后手术室使用效率的相关数据.结果 手术室实施泌尿外科日间手术模式9个月中,顺利完成日间手术504例.泌尿外科手术总台次较往年同期增长849例,手术量增长明显,手术室平均开放时间从(9.03±0.58) h增加到(10.15±0.63 )h,手术室的利用率得到了提高.结论 在手术室开展泌尿外科日间手术可以更有效地利用现有的人力物力,整合手术资源,提高手术室的利用率,加快患者的周转,节约空间和手术成本.同时,患者能得到更专科化的手术配合和护理,更能保证患者的安全.

Investigation on Operation Modes of Urological Day Surgery Implemented in Operation Room

Objective To explore the process and management of urological day surgery implemented in the operating room. Methods The process and management modes of urological day surgery completed in the operation room were summarized and the data of operation room management efficacy before and after the conduction of urological day surgery in our hospital were compared. Results After the application of urologcial day surgery for 9 months, 504 cases of day surgery were successfully completed. Meanwhile, there were 849 more urological surgeries performed in operation room than those finished in the same period of the previous year. The average opening duration of each operating room was increased from （9.03± 0.58） h to （10. 15±0. 63 ）h and all the utilization rate of operation room was significantly elevated. Conclusion Urologic day surgery implemented in operation room is more effective in the usage of opera- tion human and material resources, the integration of surgical resources ,and the improvement of operating room utilization. Therefore,it is helpful to accelerate the turnover of patients and save surgical costs. Mean- while, patients can get more specialized surgical cooperation and nursing with lower risk to ensure the safety of patients.
