临床护理路径在后腹腔镜肾癌根治术患者中的应用效果

目的探讨临床护理路径在后腹腔镜肾癌根治术患者中的应用效果。方法方便性抽样选择2008年1月至2009年12月在同济医院接受后腹腔镜肾癌根治术治疗的患者60例,按住院号分为两组,干预组实施临床护理路径模式,对照组行常规护理,比较两组的并发症发生率、平均住院费用、平均住院天数、患者满意度、患者健康知识掌握情况等指标。结果与对照组比较,干预组患者术后并发症发生率和平均住院费用降低、平均住院天数减少、满意度升高、患者健康知识掌握较好,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论临床护理路径是一种科学的医疗护理模式,对后腹腔镜肾癌根治术患者实施临床护理路径有助于合理使用有限的卫生资源,降低医疗费用,减少住院时间,保证医疗护理质量,促进患者术后康复。

Application Effectiveness of Clinical Nursing Pathway for Patients with Retroperitoneoscopic Radical Nephrectomy for Kidney Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway for patients with retroperitoneo- scopic radical nephrectomy for kidney carcinoma. Methods From January 2008 to December 2009,60 pa- tients with retroperitoneoscopic radical nephrectomy for kidney carcinoma in the hospital were divided into experimental group to undergo clinical nursing pathway and control group to adopt routine nursing accord- ing to the admission sequence. Comparisons were conducted on the incidence of complications, average cost of hospitalization, average days of hospitalization, patients＇ satisfaction and health related knowledge of the situation between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications and the average cost of hospitalization were significantly lower with less average length of stay , higher satisfaction and better health related knowledge in the experimental group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion As a scientific medical model of care, clinical nursing pathway in patients with laparo- scopic radical nephrectomy helps make rational use of limited health resources, reduce medical costs, de- crease hospitalization time, ensure the quality of medical care and promote patients rehabilitation.
