| 摘 要： | 目的探讨皮肤科开展临床路径工作的特点。方法介绍皮肤科近两年入径病种、入径病例的选择和路径治疗的实施，并对临床路径治疗过程中发生的变异进行分析。结果皮肤科适宜临床路径管理病种较多．通过路径管理可提高患者满意度，但存在变异较多等不足。结论皮肤科临床路径实施应针对不同年龄段、不同阶段进行持续的动态管理以减少变异的发生。

| Abstract: | Objectice To explore the characteristics of clinical pathways （CP） in dermatology. Methods The skin dis- eases in CP, the selection of skin diseases for CP, the treatment of skin diseases according to CP was described, the variation in skin diseases of CP was analyzed. Results The patients＇ degreee of satisfaction can be raised by CP man- agement in dermatology, despite the high rate of variation. Conclusion CP variations can be reduced by management of CP differently in different diseases, different patient＇ s age group and different stage of disease in dermatology. |
