腹胖镜胆囊切除术术中胆囊三角的处理

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术中胆囊三角的处理方法及效果。方法胆道疾病80例根据人院顺序分为治疗组与对照组各40例，两组均采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗，治疗组采用超声刀处理胆囊三角，对照组采用电刀处理胆囊三角。结果两组患者全部治愈，无明显并发症发生。治疗组分离胆囊三角时间和剥离胆囊床时间明显少于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组的引流量与拔除引流管时间对比无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术中胆囊三角的处理意义重大，超声刀的应用可有效减少胆囊三角时间和剥离胆囊床时间，值得临床推广应用。

The gallbladder triangle processing analysis of laparoscopic cholecystecto- my surgery

Objective To investigate the gallbladder triangle processing ways and effects of laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery. Methods All of 80 cases biliary tract disease were equally divided into the treatment group and the con- trol group under hospital order, two groups were used laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and the treatment group was the ultrasonic knife for handle gallbladder triangle, the control group was the electric knife for handle gallbladder triangle. Results All cases were all cured and had no severe complications. The separation gallbladder triangular time and peel the gallbladder bed time of the treatment group were less than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Thescited traffic and drainage tubes removed time contrasted had no significant difference（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Gallbladder Triangle processing in the laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery is significant, applications of the ultrasonic scalpel can be effective in reduc- ing the the gallbladder triangular time and peel the gallbladder bed time and worthy of clinical application.
