| 摘 要： | 目的探讨系统化护理对妇科癌症患者健康状况的影响。方法选择2010年1月～2012年3月在我院进行治疗的妇科癌症患者40例作为研究对象，给予系统化的护理干预，包括系统化的健康教育、心理疏导、社会支持等，分别统计在入组时（T1）、第2次化疗后（T2）、第4次化疗后（T3）患者的血常规等临床指标及患者的心理状况、社会支持、生活质量、化疗不良反应等情况。结果在不同的时间点经过系统化干预护理后，患者血红蛋白、白蛋白均有升高（P〈0．01），而心理状态明显好转，症状减轻，生活质量明显提高。结论系统化护理干预能够总体上改善患者的健康状态。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss effect of systematic nursing intervention on health status of patients with gynecologic cancer. Methods All of 40 cases with gynecologic cancer from Jan 2010 to Mar 2012 were selected and received sys- tematic nursing intervention, including systematic health education, psychological counseling, social support, and so on. Blood routine, psychologic status, social support, the quality of life, complications of chemotherapy, and so on, at before chemotherapy（T1 ）, after the second chemotherapy（T2）and after the forth chemotherapy（T3）. Results In differ- ent time, after systematic nursing intervention, Hb and Alb increased obviously （P 〈 0.01）; Psychologic status im- proved obviously （P 〈 0.01 ） ; Symptom was reduced, and the quality of life improved obviously （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclu- sion Systematic nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of gynecologic cancer patients. |
