| 摘 要： | 本研究在国家卫生部《全科医师岗位培训工作评估指标体系》、《浙江省全科医学社区实践基地建设标准》基础上，结合浙江省全科医师岗位培训开展的实际情况和特点进行设计。《浙江省全科医学社区实践培训基地评估指标体系》的评估指标分为三级，其中一级指标为组织管理、培训基地规模、教学条件、教学管理；二级指标13项；三级指标29项。
