灯盏花对高血压病患者纤溶活性及SOD的影响

摘    要:目的观察灯盏花对高血压病 (EH)患者血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD) ,过氧化脂质(LPO) ,组织型纤溶酶原激活物 (t PA)及其抑制物— 1 (PAI 1 )的影响。方法将 88例EH患者分成灯盏花治疗组 (A组 )和维脑路通对照组 (B组 ) ,A组用灯盏花注射液 5 0mg加入 2 5 0ml液体中静脉滴注 ,每天 1次 ,共 1 4天。B组用维脑路通注射液 2 5 0m1 (0 .4g)静脉滴注 ,每天 1次 ,共 1 4天。两组常规口服降压药及对症治疗。采用发射底物法测定t PA和PAI l的活性 ,化学比色法测定SOD活性 ,TBA荧光显色法测定LPO含量。结果A组血清SOD活力明显增高 (P <0 .0 1 )、LPO含量降低 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,B组SOD活力及LPO含量用药前后无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。A组t PA活性增加 (P <0 .0 1 )、PAI l活性降低(P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,B组治疗前后无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论EH患者存在纤溶活性异常 ,氧自由基生成增多及清除降低。灯盏花能提高患者的SOD活力 ,降低LPO含量 ,促进纤溶活性 ,改善血液流变性

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of fleabane on superoxide dismutase(SOD), lipid peroxidation (LPO),tissue plasminogen(t PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI 1) in hypertension patients. Methods 88 patients with hypertension were randomly devided into two groups. The treatment group was treated iv with the fleabane 50mg once a day for two weeks. The control group was treated by iv with the venoruton 250ml(0.4) once a day for two weeks. Active of SOD in blood were measured by chemistry colorimetry, Active of T PA and PAI 1 in blood were measured by the launch bottom thing law Content of LPO in blood were measured by TBA fluorescent development precess. Results After the treatment with fleabane, SOD active was increased( P <0.01), LPO reduce ( P <0.01), while without any changes in the control group. Conclusion The fleabane raies the SOD's activity of patient, reduces LPO's content, promotes fibrinolysin activity and Improve the denaturation of the blood flows.
