扣手法和握拳法膝腱反射加强试验的临床比较

摘    要:目的 :比较扣手法和握拳法两种膝腱反射加强试验的临床优劣 ,推荐一种更好的试验方法。方法 :对 10 0例患者按随机化原则对扣手法和握拳法两种膝腱反射加强试验进行对照研究 ,观察其试验效果及试验对象学会配合动作所需时间等 ,并行统计学处理。结果 :两种方法试验效果相比差异无显著性 (χ2 均 <3 .85 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ;试验对象学会两法配合动作所需时间比较有高度显著差异 (u =14 .66,P <0 .0 1) ,握拳法所需时间较短 ;左、右手分别进行握拳法加强试验效果相同。结论 :握拳法膝腱反射加强试验较扣手法简便 ,更适用于临床

Abstract:Objective:To compare the clinical advantages and disadvantages of clasping and grasping techniques for knee reflex intensification test and to recommend another better test way.Methods:Make a comparative study on clasping technique and grasping technique for knee reflex intensification test at random.On 100 cases of the wounded and observe the test effect and the time that the target learned to match his actions with,Then,make a statistical disposal.Result:The test effect of two methods had no evident differences(χ 2<3.85 both,p>0.05).The time that the target learned to match his actions with had tremendous differences (u=14.66>2.58,P<0.01),grasping technique needed shorter time and the effects were identical in two hands respectively,etc.Conclusion:Grasping technique for knee reflex intensification test is more simple,and more suitable for clinic.
