摘    要:本文对338名棉工进行了呼吸道反应调查.并测定了车间空气中粉尘浓度及内毒素浓度.发现前纺车间可吸尘浓度在O.18~1.62m g/m~3,内毒素浓度在94.91~2682.18ng/m~3,棉尘有关症状(包括棉尘病症状和不典型症状)和慢性支气管炎患病率均比对照组高,且与车间粉尘和内毒素浓度呈正相关.与5年前比较,可吸尘或内毒素累积接触量高的男、女工人FEV_1下降均较累积接触量低者明显。

Abstract:The respiratory response of 338 cotton workers was surveyed together with determinations of air concentrations of inhalable dust and endotoxin in the spinning preparatory workplaces. It was found that the concentration of inhalable dust was ranged between 0.18- 1.62mg/m3 and that of endotoxin 94.91-2682.18ng/m3. The prevalence of cotton dust related symptoms (including symptoms of byssinosis and atypical symptoms) and chronic bronchitis was higher than that among the controls and a positive correlation was shown between the prevalence and the concentrations of inhalable dust and endotoxin. The decrement of FEV1 was higher in the group with higher cumulative exposure level of inhalable dust and/or endotoxin than in those workers exposed to lower cumulative exposure level of dust and/or endotoxin as compared with the data obtained five years ago.
