薏苡仁多糖防治化学性肝损伤实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨薏苡仁多糖防治化学性肝损伤的作用。方法:分别以0.33g/KgBW、0.67g/KgBW、2.00g/KgBW(低、中、高)3个剂量组对小鼠每日经口进行灌胃,空白对照组和模型对照组给予蒸馏水灌胃。30d后将各组动物禁食16h,模型组及各剂量组动物按0.01mL/gBW剂量一次灌胃给予CCl4染毒,各受试组染毒4h后继续给予受试样品。染毒24h后摘取眼球取血,分离血清,测定ALT、AST,同时处死动物,取肝脏进行组织病理学检查。结果:薏苡仁多糖对小鼠的体质量增长无影响;CCl4模型对照组小鼠的ALT、AST含量比空白对照组高(P〈0.05),低、中剂量组的ALT、AST值与CCl4模型对照组比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);肝脏组织病理学检查结果表明薏苡仁多糖有保肝作用。结论:薏苡仁多糖具有防治CCl4化学性肝损伤的作用。

Experimental study on preventive effect of coix seed polysaccharides on chemical liver injury

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the preventive effect of coix seed polysaccharides on chemical liver injury. Methods:Mice in ex- perimental groups were orally given eoix seed polysaeeharides at low, medium, and high doses (0. 33 g/kg BW, 0. 67 g/kg BW, and 2.00 g,/kg BW) every day,while the mice in blank control group and model group were given distilled water by gavage. Thirty days later,fasting was performed in each group for 16 h. The rats in model group and experimental groups received CC14 by gavage at a single dose of 0. 01 ml/g BW. All test groups were given test samples at 4 h after exposure. The eyeballs were taken at 24 h after exposure to collect blood, and sera were separated. Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels were determined. These mice were sacrificed, and the liver was taken for histopathological examination. Results:Coix seed polysaceharides had no impact on the increase in body weight. The model group had significantly higher ALT and AST levels than the blank control group ( P 〈 O. 05). The low - and medium - dose experimental groups had significantly reduced ALT and AST levels compared with the model group (P 〈 0. 05 ). The histopathological examination of the liver showed that eoix seed polysaccharides had liver - protecting effect. Conelusion:Coix seed polysaecharides have preventive effect on CCl4 -induced chemical liver injury.
