| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨活血通络片中特女贞苷含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱：C18（岛津WonderatODS2150×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相：甲醇-0．05％磷N2（34：66）；检测波长：224nm；柱温：35℃；流速：1．0mL／min。结果：特女贞苷进样量在0．29～2．61μg范围内具有良好的线性关系；平均回收率为97．87％，RSD=1．21％。结论：本测定方法简便可行、重复性好．可用于活血通络片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a method for determining the content of specnuezhenide in Huoxue Tongluo tablets. Methods： High -performance liquid chromatography was performed on a C18 column（ Shimadzu Wondcrat ODS2 150 × 4. 6 mm 5 μm）with a mobile phase of methanol- 0. 05% phosphoric acid（34： 66）at a detection wavelength of 224 nm, a column temperature of 35 ℃, and a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. Resuhs：Specnuezhenide showed a good linear relationship within 0. 29 -2.61 μg. The average recovery rate was 97.87% ,with a relative standard deviation of 1.21%. Conclusion ：The determination method is simple and repeatable and can be used for the quality control of Huoxue Tongluo tablets. |
