痰瘀互结证的辨治探讨

从概念形成、病机特征、舌脉辨证要点、常见临床表现及治疗方法等方面对痰瘀互结证的辨治进行探讨,强调辨证与辨病相结合,重视久病怪病的痰瘀互结病理因素,治疗当以治气为先,首选芎归二陈汤,阳虚者加温阳之品,久病入络者加搜剔入络之品,且应兼顾补益,以防化痰祛瘀损伤正气。

This paper investigates the syndrome differentiation -based treatment of syndrome of intermingledphlegm and blood stasis from the following aspects：concept formation,pathogenic characteristics,key points of tonguevein differentiation, common clinical manifestations, and treatment methods. With an emphasis on the combination ofsyndrome differentiation and disease differentiation and the pathological factors of intermingled phlegm and blood sta-sis in prolonged diseases and strange diseases ,treating qi should be taken as a priority in therapy ,with Xionggui Erch-en decoction as the first ehoice;yang -warming medicines should be added for patients with yang deficiency, andmedicines for picking the collaterals should be added for patients with prolonged illness invading the collaterals ; tonifi-cation should also be considered to prevent thedamageof vital qi when resolving phlegm and removing stasis.
