苦碟子注射液联合康复新液治疗糖尿病足溃疡102例

目的：观察苦碟子注射液联合外用康复新液治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法：用区组随机法把入组的189例糖尿病足患者分为治疗组102例和对照组87例。两组患者在治疗期间均予饮食热量控制、强化降糖、营养神经、改善微循环等内科基础治疗;根据溃疡创面分泌物、病原菌培养及药物敏感试验结果选择抗生素。在此基础上对照组予常规换药处理,治疗组给予苦碟子注射液静脉滴注并联合康复新液外敷换药处理。观察28d,比较两组愈合时间及疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为87.3%,对照组为72.4%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组愈合时间短于对照组。两组Wagner 1、2级溃疡的疗效优于3、4级,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：苦碟子注射液联合康复新液治疗糖尿病足溃疡疗效显著。

Clinical efficacy of Ixeris sonchifolia Hance injection combined with Kangfuxin liquid in treatment of diabetic foot ulcers ：a report of 102 cases

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Ixeris sonchifolia Hance injection combined with exter nally applied Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer. Methods ： A total of 189 patients with diabetic foot ulcers were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 102） and control group （n = 87 ）. Both groups received basic medical treatment including controlling food calories, strengthening antidiabetic therapy, nourishing the nerves,and improving microcirculation;antibiotics were selected according to secretions from the ulcer wound, cul ture of pathogenic bacteria, and drug sensitivity test results. Additionally, the control group underwent conventional dressing change, while the treatment group received an intravenous drip of Ixeris sonchifolia Hance injection com bined with Kangfuxin liquid. After 28 d of treatment, the two groups were compared in terms of healing time and treatment outcome. Results：The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group （87.3% vs 72.4% , P 〈 0. 05）. The healing time was shorter in the treatment group than in the control group. The treatment outcomes of Wagner grade I and II ulcers were significantly better than those of Wagner grade III and IV ulcers （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Ixeris sonchifolia Hanee injection combined with Kangfuxin liquid has significant efficacy in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.
