星形胶质细胞和星形胶质瘤细胞骨架的光镜和电镜观察

摘    要:目的观察正常星形胶质细胞和星形胶质瘤细胞系SWO-38的细胞骨架的区别。方法分别用光镜和电镜观察正常 星形胶质细胞和SWO-38的细胞骨架。结果和结论两种方法都很清晰地显示出微管和微丝。正常星形胶质细胞微管和 微丝发达,属丰满型;粗大的张力纤维贯穿细胞全长,接近平行分布,偶见交叉呈“Z”形状。而SWO-38细胞的微管则明显 减少,属稀疏型;细胞中仅见少量纤细的张力纤维,多数微丝束形成点状或树根状肌动蛋白小体,微管和微丝呈收缩趋势。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the differences in the cytoskeleton of normal astrocytes and SWO-38 cell line. Methods The cytoskeleton of SWO-38 astrocytoma cells and primary cultured astrocytes were observed by light and transmission electron microscope. Results and Conclusion In normal astrocytes, the microtubules (MT) and microfilaments (MF) were abundant, with the thick, approximately paralleled tonic fibers running through the cells and only occasional Z-shaped crossings were visible. In contrast, SWO-38 astrocytoma cells consisted of much less MTs, and the tonic fibers were thin and scarce; the majority of the MFs formed dot-like or root-like actin bodies, and the MTs and MFs tended to shrink.
