胆碱酯酶检测在肝脏疾病中的临床价值

目的探讨肝脏疾病患者血清胆碱酯酶（Cholinesterase CHE）的临床价值。方法检测180例各型肝脏疾病患者及30例健康对照者的血清CHE活性并进行比较。结果与正常对照组比较，急性肝炎、慢性肝炎及肝硬化患者的血清CHE活性均有不同程度的降低；脂肪肝患者血清CHE活力显著高于正常对照组，脂肪肝组中，伴明显肝功能损害者其血清CHE活力显著低于肝功能正常者。结论血清CHE活性能反映肝病患者肝脏受损的程度，并对脂肪肝的早期诊断具有一定的参考价值。

The clinical value of serum cholinesterase in patients with liver diseases

Objective To explore the clinical value of serum cholinesterase activity in the patients with liver diseases. Methods The serum cholinesterase activity of 180 patients with different hepatic diseases and 30 healthy control group is measured and Compared. Results Compared with control group, the serum cholinesterase activity of patients with acute hepatitis.chronic hepatitis or hepatocirrhosis is gradually decreased（P〈0. 01 or 〈0. 05）. Serum CHE activity in fatty liver group is significantly higher than that in normal control group（P〈0. 01）, In fatty liver group,serum CHE activity in patients with obvious abnormal hepatic function is significantly lower than that in patients with normal hepatic function（P〈0. 0005）. Conclusion Serum cholinesterase activity not only can reflect the injured degree of liver but also is of reference value in early diagnosis of fatty liver.
