上海市核心家庭中学生生殖健康知识及影响因素分析

摘    要:目的:了解上海市核心家庭中初中、高中孩子生殖健康知识状况及影响因素,为有效开展家庭生殖健康教育提供依据。方法:通过流行病学横断面调查,对符合入选标准的核心家庭初中、高中孩子进行问卷调查,对他们的生殖健康知识及可能的影响因素进行分析。结果:调查对象生殖健康知识不高,相关问题的正确回答率较低(〈70%)。知识得分仅为40.69±27.13分(满分100分)。同父母谈论生殖健康问题可以提高孩子的生殖健康知识水平,OR值为2.466(95%CI:1.523—3.993)。多因素分析发现孩子的年龄以及同父母谈论生殖健康问题对他们的生殖健康知识有影响。结论:上海市核心家庭初中和高中孩子的生殖健康知识总体较差,而同父母交流可以提高他们的生殖健康知识。提示家庭教育对孩子生殖健康知识的获得有促进作用。

Abstract:Objective: To understand the reproductive health knowledge and related influencing factors of the junior and senior middle school students in nuclear family in Shanghai city to provide suggestions for promoting reproductive health education. Methods: A cross-sectional study was adopted in junior and senior middle school students in nuclear family. Face to face interviews were carried out and the informations were collected by questionnaires. Results: There were 435 children surveyed. The overall correct response rate(<70%) of the reproductive health questions was not ideal. Girls had a better understanding than boys on questions related to female and boys knew better on questions related to male. The average score of knowledge was only 40.69±27.13 (full was 100). Talked about reproductive matters with their parents could improve the knowledge and the OR value was 2.466 (95%CI: 1.523-3.993). Multi-logistic analysis found students' age and whether talked about reproductive matters with their parents might affect the knowledge level. Conclusion: The overall level reproductive health knowledge of junior and senior middle school students in nuclear family in Shanghai city shows relatively bad. Communication with parents could improve the level of students' reproductive health knowledge. It shows that family education can promote reproductive health knowledge level of those children.
