| Abstract: | Abstract:FDA safety communication on serious complications associated with transvaginal placement of surgical mesh for pelvic organ prolapse accompany with some surgical mesh devices' delisting has caused enormous response from around the world, clinicians are confused with selections of reconstruction surgical procedures. Comprehensive understanding of background and Purpose of FDA Notification about transvaginal POP repair with mesh will help clinicians make right choice for pelvic floor reconstruction surgeries. |
