自发性狼疮小鼠模型研究进展

摘    要:自发性狼疮小鼠模型的研究对于探索人类系统性红斑狼疮的病因、发病机制和治疗有重要意义。目前研究较充分的有BXSB/MpJ, NZB/W.F1和MRL/lpr三种品系的自发性小鼠模型,其来源和遗传学、临床与组织学特征、自身抗体等有各自的特点。

Abstract:Research on spontaneous lupus-prone mouse model is important for the exploration of the causes, pathogenesis and treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus in human being. There have been more studies mainly on spontaneous mouse model BXSB / MpJ, NZB/W.F1 and MRL / lpr three strains in recent years. The source and genetics, clinical and organizational characteristics, autoantibodies, abnormal immune cells and experimental treatment of three strains have respective characteristics.
