40岁以上女性血尿酸水平与代谢综合征关系探讨

目的　探讨40岁以上女性血尿酸水平与代谢综合征的关系。　方法　对3 822名40岁以上女性进行血尿酸与代谢综合征各项指标的相关分析及高尿酸血症与代谢综合征患病率的统计。结果　(1)高尿酸血症组中超重、高甘油三酯血症、空腹血糖、高腰臀比、原发性高血压的发生率均比正常尿酸组增多，具有统计学意义( P＜0.05，P＜0.01)；(2)代谢综合征组高尿酸血症患病率为50.3%，显著高于正常人群组的患病率22.9%( P＜0.01)。结论　40岁以上女性中高尿酸血症与代谢综合征密切相关，这可能与围绝经期女性激素水平改变有关，应对围绝经期女性进行健康教育,定期体检，发现高危人群并积极干预,以达到预防和减少糖尿病、心血管事件发生的目的。

Study on relationship between blood uric acid and metabolic syndrome in female over 40 years old

Objective 　To study the relationship between blood uric acid and metabolic syndrome in over 40 years female. 　Methods To analyse the blood uric acid and relative index of metabolic syndrome. Results (1) The prevalences of over weight,. high triglyceride blood sickness, empty stomach blood sugar, high waist buttocks ratio, hypertension were significantly higher in hyperuricemia group than in normal uric acid group.(2)The morbidity rate of hyperuricemia in metabolic syndrome is 50.3%,higher than the normal group significantly ,P＜0.01.Conclusion 　 Hyperuricemia and metabolic syndrome are relatived to the change of sex hormone in encircles the menopause.It’a essential to do some education and prevent diabetes, cardiovascular event in these people.
