补硒对镍作业人员脂质过氧化损伤和细胞免疫功能变化的保护研究

将镍作业工人分为补硒和补硒对照两组，分别在补硒前、补硒后半年和一年对测定其血清硒和丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）含量；外周血白细胞总数、分类、化学发光（ＣＬ）；ＡＮＡＥ＋细胞％及Ｔ淋巴细胞ＣＤ＋％、ＣＤ＋４％、ＣＤ＋８％和ＣＤ＋４／ＣＤ＋８比值，结果表明，补硒组在补硒一年后，血清硒水平显著升高，过氧化脂质水平降低，细胞免疫功能异常增高和抑制得以恢复；而补硒对照组这些观察指标均无明显变化。表明给镍作业工人补充营养水平硒，能有效地拮抗镍对作业人员的有害作用。

Study on protection of supplementation with selenium against the damage of lipid peroxidation and abnormal cell immunity in workers exposed to nickel compounds

The workers exposed to nickel(Ni)dust were divided into two groups:one was supplied with selenium(se)and another with placebo.The serum Se and malondialdehyde(MDA),chemiluminescence(CL)of blood,ANAE cell%,T-lymphocytes and its subpopulation CD 4,CD 8% and ratio of CD 4/CD 8were determined before and 6 and 12 months after supplementation with Se vs placebo in workers of these two groups ,respectively. The significant increase of the content of serum se and decrease of the level of MDA and recovery of abnomal cell immunity were observed 12 months after supplementation with Se,but no significant changes in supplementation with Se could anagonize the harmful effect in workers exposed to Ni dust.
