摘    要:报告了一起由发芽马铃薯引起龙葵素中毒。发病人数319例,罹患率为30.7%。发病时间最短为30min,最长达51h,平均潜伏期为13.7±6.4h。症状以腹痛、腹泻、喉干、舌咽麻痒、恶心、呕吐和头痛为主,对症治疗后缓解,平均病程3.8±1.0d。经红外光谱分析证实有龙葵素的存在。

Abstract:The authors reported an incidence of herba solani nigri factor poisoning induced by sprouting potatoes.The number of the paroxysmal patients is 319. The rate of prevalence of the disease is 30.7%. The shortest time for starting the disease is 30 min. The longest time is 51 h. The average latent time is 13.7±6.4h.The main symptoms are abdominalgia, diarrhea, dry throat, the tingling and pricking of tongue and throat,nausea, vomit and headache. A right treatment results in remittent. The average disease course is 3.8±1.0d. Through unfrared spectrum analysis we prove that herba solani nigri factor does exist as the cause of the disease.
