~(14)C-对硝基酚钠在大鼠体内的吸收、分布和排泄研究

摘    要:对~(14)C-对硝基酚钠在大鼠体内的吸收、分布和排泄规律研究表明,该化合物易经消化道吸收,迅速分布至全身。其中以肾含量最高,肝、脾次之。染毒后120h,尿、粪、胆汁中放射活性接近本底。~(14)C-对硝基酚钠在大鼠体内的蓄积性很小。

Abstract:The rule of absorption,distribution and excretion of ~(14)C-p-nitrophenol Sodium in rats that this com pound was absorbed through digestive tract easily,then distributed all over the body.The highest content was that in the kidney,and then in the liver and spleen.The radio-activities in the urine,bile and feces reached to the background level at 120 hours after administration.The accumulation of ~(14)C-p-nitropheno Sodium in rats was very low.
