| 摘 要： | 目的:观察多奈哌齐治疗血管性痴呆的疗效及安全性。方法:采用自身对照研究,36例血管性痴呆患者服用多奈哌齐治疗12周,治疗前及治疗后第4、12周各用简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)和日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评定疗效,并进行安全性评价。结果:多奈哌齐治疗12周后MMSE评分较治疗前提高3.6分,ADL评分较治疗前下降7.3分,差异均有显著性意义;3例(8.33%)出现轻度不良反应,均为一过性反应。结论:多奈哌齐治疗血管性痴呆有较好的疗效且安全性好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of donepezil in treatment of vascular dementia(VaD).Methods:The self-matched method was adopted.36 patients with VaD were give orally donepezil for 12 weeks.The efficacies were assessed with MMSE & ADL,and the safety after the treatment was also assessed.Results:The score of MMSE increased 3.6 points,while that of ADL decreased 7.3 points after treatment with donepezil for 12 weeks,the differences were significant.There were 3 patients(8.33%) showing mild side-effect which was temporary phenomenon.Conclusion: It is effective and safe to treat patients with VaD. |
