| 摘 要： | 在电镜检查SP2/0细胞株及其杂交瘤细胞中均见逆转录病毒科A和C型RNA肿瘤病毒。在应用杂交瘤所分泌的单克隆抗体进行对特定疾病免疫性治疗时,应确保其中不含外源性病毒及其感染性亚单位的存在。

| Abstract: | By means of electronmicroscope the A-and Ctype RNA Oncornavirus of Retroviridae can be detected in the SP2/0 and its hybridoma cells.
When hybridoma secreted monoclonal antibodies are used for the treatment of the specific disease, besides allergic reactions, attention should be paid to excluding the exogenic virus and infectious from Subunits the monoclonal antibodies. |
