宫腹腔镜联合手术后中药口服灌肠治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床观察

目的:探讨输卵管阻塞性不孕患者通过宫腹腔镜联合手术获得输卵管复通后加用中药口服和灌肠能否提高术后妊娠率。方法:对42例输卵管复通后加用中药口服和灌肠的病例(治疗组)与26例输卵管复通后没有系统用药的病例(对照组)进行术后3、6、12个月的妊娠数进行比较。结果:两组术后3、6个月的妊娠数比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);术后12个月,治疗组妊娠率59.5%,对照组妊娠率23.1%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:输卵管阻塞性不孕患者通过宫腹腔镜联合手术获得输卵管复通后,辨证使用中药能提高术后12个月的妊娠率。

Clinical Observation of the Patients with Blocked Oviduct to be Treated with the Chinese Medicine Unioned GuanChang after Treatment of Laparoscope Unioned Hysteroscopy Surgery

Objective:To discuss whether the Chinese medicine unioned GuanChang can enhance pregnancy rate to the patients with blocked oviduct whose oviduct reobstructed after treatment of laparoscope unioned hysteroscopy surgery.Method:42 examples(the treatment group) accepted treatment of the Chinese medicine unioned GuanChang and the other 26 examples(the Comparison group)were not treatmented systematicly after surgery,we compared the pregnancy rate after 3,6 and12 monthes.Results:The difference was not significantly between the two groups after 3 months and 6 months;but after 12 month-long,the pregnancy rate of the treatment group was 59.5% and the other is 23.1%,the difference was significant.Conclusion:Dialectical treatment with Chinese medicine to the patients with blocked oviduct can enhance pregnancy rate after treatment of laparoscope unioned hysteroscopy surgery.
