药源性鼻中隔穿孔的分析与预防

目的探讨临床鼻腔常用药物导致鼻中隔穿孔的原因与预防方法。方法分析我院2000年10月-2009年11月由5种药物导致7例鼻中隔穿孔患者的临床资料。结果药物导致的7例鼻中隔穿孔中,丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷剂和硝酸银各2例;呋喃西林麻黄碱滴鼻液、布地奈德鼻喷剂、5%鱼肝油酸钠各1例。结论药源性鼻中隔穿孔虽然很少见,但应该引起重视,合理用药及选择最安全、适宜的治疗方法是预防的关键。

Analysis and prevention of drug-induced nasoseptal perforation

Objective To identify the reasons and prevention for nasoseptal perforation resulting from commonly used nasal medications.Methods 7 cases of nasoseptal perforation caused by 5 different medications from October 2000 to November 2009 were analyzed.Results The nasoseptal perforation was induced by beclomethasone dipropionate nasal spray(2 cases),argenti nitras(2 cases),ephedrine furacillin nasal drops(1 case),budesonide nasal spray(1 case)and 5% sodium morrhuate(1 case).Conclusion Even though drug-induced nasoseptal perforations is rare,considerable attention must be given to these cases.The keys to prevent medication-related nasoseptal perforations are as follows:proper medicine selection,right medication administration,and the optimal use of established protocols.
