血必净注射液治疗脓毒症的临床研究

目的:观察血必净注射液对脓毒症的治疗效果.方法:将60例脓毒症患者随机分为对照组与治疗组.两组均根据药敏结果选用抗生素、早期液体复苏、纠正酸中毒等基础治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用血必净注射液.结果:治疗组第5 d、第10 d的APACHE II评分差异明显;治疗组病死率也明显低于对照组;治疗第5d时两组血清TNF-α、CRP、GOT、CK、CK-MB、LDH较入院时均有所降低,且除LDH外,两组其他各项指标均有显著性差异.治疗第10d时两组仅血清TNF-α及CK有显著差异.结论:血必净能降低病死率,有效地降低促炎因子水平,血必净注射液可有效治疗脓毒症.

The Clinical Study of the Effect of Xuebijing Injection to Sepsis

Objective： To investigate the effect of xuebijing injection on sepsis. Methods： 60 patients with sepsis were randomly divided into two groups： control group and study group. The two groups were given basic therapy, such as antibiotic according to the result of drug sensitive test, early fluid resuscitation and rectification of acidosis and so on. The xuebijing injection was used to the study group on the basis of these therapy mentioned above. Results ： Compared with the control group, the APACHE Ⅱ grade of the study group in the fifth day and the tenth day descended obviously, and the fatality rate was lower than that of the control group. The level of TNF- α,CRP, GOT, CK,CK-MB,LDH of the two group in the fifth day decreased compared with those of on admission. Except LDH, the other index differtionate significantly compared between the two groups. In the tenth day, except TNF2-αand CK, other indexes also differtionate significantly compared between the two groups. Conclusion： The xubijing injection can elevate the fatality rate and efficiently reduce the levels of cytokine. Xuebijing injection to sepsis is effective.
