摘    要:采用人工细胞法 ( liposome)将两种质粒 p CEPO及 p RC/ CMV/ EGFR转染宿主细胞 -中国仓鼠卵巢细胞 ( CHO) ,得到表达水平稳定 ,形态良好的细胞株 CHO- EPO- EGFR,研究该细胞株在光固定EGF的聚苯乙烯材料上生长情况

Abstract:The liposome method was used to transfect two plasmid pCEPO and pRC/CMV/EGFR to Chinese hamster ovary cell (CHO K1).A cell line (CHO EPO EGFR) with high level and stable expression was obtained. The cells were cultured under the serum free conditions,and cells growth activity was investigated compared with CHO K1.
