楤木皂苷对大小鼠应激能力的影响

摘    要:目的:研究在不同应激状态下,楤木皂苷对大小鼠应激能力的影响。方法:建立缺氧、异丙肾上腺素+缺氧、低温、氢化可的松+低温、强迫游泳、心肌缺血6种应激模型,每模型均分成生理盐水、人参皂苷和楤木皂苷3组进行随机对照实验,比较楤木皂苷与其它两组对大小鼠应激能力的影响。结果:楤木皂苷对提高大小鼠的应激能力作用明显(p<0.05),有些指标优于人参皂苷。结论:楤木皂苷能明显提高大小鼠的应激能力。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of araloside on rats' ability under different models of acute stress. Methods:Six models of stress of hypoxia, Isoprenaline plus hypoxia, low temperature, hydrocortisone plus low temperature, forced swimming and myocardial ischemia have been established. Rats are randomly divided into NS control, ginsenosides & araloside groups under each model, to observe the effects of araloside and other two groups on rats'ability under each model. Results: Araloside can strengthen rats'ability under acute stress to a great extent, with more favourable results than those of NS control group,and ginsenosides group in some models. Conclusion: Araloside can obviously strengthen rats'ability under acute stress.
